REFUND POLICY

At Lumeworks, we strive to deliver high-quality portraits and a great overall experience. Please read our policy regarding cancellations, refunds, and client satisfaction:

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel your session, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • No-Shows: Clients who miss their scheduled appointment without notice may be asked to pre-pay for future sessions.

  • Refunds: Since no payment is required before your session, refunds typically do not apply. If a payment has been made and the session is canceled before any services are provided, a full refund will be issued.

  • Digital Products: Final edited images and digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.

  • Client Satisfaction: If you have any concerns about your session or final images, please reach out to us within 5 days of delivery. We take your satisfaction seriously and will do our best to find a fair and reasonable solution.
